Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund, and we cover the return shipping. Contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
14 day cooling off period (EU and UK)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without a justification. Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
You may examine and try on the item as you would in a shop. If its value is reduced by handling beyond that — for example items returned worn, scratched, damaged, or without their original packaging and tags — we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We refund the standard outbound shipping cost with your order; if you chose Express delivery, we refund the standard rate rather than the upgrade.
Returning from outside the EU
Your return is an import into the EU and may attract import VAT, the EU's €3 customs charge on low-value consignments, and the carrier's clearance fee. If we are charged anything to receive your return, that cost is deducted from your refund as a direct cost of returning the goods. Contact us first and we will provide you a further return instructions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
By law, the right to cancel does not apply to:
- Custom products (including personalised jewelry, custom orders, or engraved items)
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery, once the hygiene seal or sealed packaging has been opened. Unopened, they are returnable as normal.
- Gift cards
Sale items are eligible for return within the standard 14-day cooling-off period, the same as any other item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back, or of you sending us proof of postage — whichever comes first.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
