Over £135 — UK VAT, any duty, and the carrier's clearance fee are collected before delivery.
£135 is the goods value of the whole parcel, not per item.
Outside the UK and EU
You are the importer. Your country's customs authority decides what you pay — not us. These charges aren't included in our price and aren't paid to us. We can't predict or control them.
Rules and thresholds change often and vary by country. Please check with your own customs authority before ordering.
Address
Check your address and phone number at checkout — the carrier requires both. We can't change them once the parcel is collected.
Refused or unclaimed parcels are refunded minus shipping costs.
