You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, in their original packaging where possible.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom or personalised jewellery

- Items that have been worn or used

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
