Shipping policy
We ship to the United Kingdom and selected non-EU countries worldwide. We do not ship to countries within the European Union.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, carrier handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these fees at checkout. If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees and the parcel is returned to us, the actual outbound shipping cost, return shipping cost and any related fees may be deducted from the refund.
Tracking: All orders include tracking information sent via email after dispatch.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Lost Parcels: If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
